At Magic Touch Software, we work everyday to keep your personal information safe. This document will explain every aspect of how we use your personal information provided by Google.
What we access
By using our software applications, you have the posibility to connect to 3rd party platforms, such as Google.
The information we request from Google: your name, your email address, access to your email on your behalf from our software.
What we collect
- Name, with the scope of identifying you
- Email Address, with the scope of identifying you
- Authorization tokens for email service, Gmail, with the scope of sending promotional content, business emails, communication between customers, notifications
What we do not collect
Magic Touch Software does not collect any other information about you or your personal account outside of the enumerated scopes mentioned earlier. Even if the authorization allows us to a broader category of information, we do not read, store, copy, alter or destroy that information.
Gmail scope – used only to send emails for customer relationship management, promotional campaigns, notifications, production tracking and management. No software solution or person at Magic Touch Software will access, read, store or alter any information served by the Gmail scope.
CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
Request that a business that collects a consumer’s personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.
Request that a business that sells a consumer’s personal data, not sell the consumer’s personal data.
