DLCPM™ Version 6.6

Magic Touch Software releases version 6.6 of DLCPM™ which include the following features:

  • The integration with UPS & FedEx coupled with shipment bundling had worked very well in the prior version of DLCPM(TM). The new Shipment Manager Module is designed to allow laboratories to separate the invoicing and shipping processes and to provide a view of pending shipments. This module will display all invoiced cases by customers, carriers, and service type along with the minimum ship and due date. It also displays the list of potential cases to be bundled as well as hint if the invoice can be held back for bundling purposes.

DLCPM™ Version 6.1

Magic Touch software releases version 6.1 of DLCPM™ which include the following features:

Main features added and/or updated:

  • The credit memo option now checks to see if a payment has already been applied to the case. If no payment has been applied, it will allow crediting the case. Otherwise, it will prompt users to create a credit memo based on the case.
  • The case entry screen has been enhanced with new options.
  • A new check box option has been added to automatically print work order on save.

Continuing its reputation as the largest dental laboratory meeting on the west coast, MTSI representatives joined 540 exhibitors from 125 different companies at the Hyatt Regency in Orange County, CA for what turned out to be a record attendance of over 1800 lab owners, managers, and technicians. LMT Lab Day West participants flooded the exhibit hall learning about the latest technologies, products, tools, and business opportunities.

As the only Customer and Lab Management Software Company in attendance, eager participants were excited to ask questions and learn how a powerful yet easy to use software infrastructure could do so much for dental laboratories big and small.

In what continues to be the largest annual gathering of the dental laboratory community, more than 3,000 LMT readers and 185 exhibitors arrived at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers on February 22nd for the 25th annual LMT Lab Day Chicago.

Almost 500 participants turned out to listen to President and CEO of Magic Touch Software, Gary Bagheri delves into the concept of Superior Customer Service and how in a production dominated industry this aspect of dental prosthesis often goes overlooked. He continues by depicting the direct correlation between achieving Complete Customer Satisfaction and the continual business growth in dental laboratories today.

Release of DLCPM™ Version 4.0

Magic Touch Software, the leader in Dental Laboratory Software, announces the latest release of DLCPM™ Version 4.0.
