In what continues to be the largest annual gathering of the dental laboratory community, more than 3,000 LMT readers and 185 exhibitors arrived at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers on February 22nd for the 25th annual LMT Lab Day Chicago.
Almost 500 participants turned out to listen to President and CEO of Magic Touch Software, Gary Bagheri delves into the concept of Superior Customer Service and how in a production dominated industry this aspect of dental prosthesis often goes overlooked. He continues by depicting the direct correlation between achieving Complete Customer Satisfaction and the continual business growth in dental laboratories today.
Challenging many lab owners and managers to step outside of their normal roles and truly analyze these principals, many were amazed at how many opportunities for improvements emerged. Participants were happy to hear Gary’s thoughts on defining the road map to achieving Complete Customer Satisfaction.
