I. Customer Support Specialist

Magic Touch Software is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position requires 3 plus years of experience in a customer service position. The primary responsibilities will be to answer the technical support calls, triage the issue, enter support tickets, and follow through to resolution. Additional responsibilities include help documentation and high level end user testing.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and good telephone etiquette
  • Proficient in MS Office and Windows
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Able to work well in a team environment

II. Report Developer

Magic Touch Software is currently seeking a Report Developer, Tier II Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position requires 2 plus years of Data Analysis, Report Design and Development skills in SQL Server. This position also requires strong business process analysis and documentation skills. In this position, you will be developing and troubleshooting reports and procedures as needed for use by customers. In addition, this position will provide Tier II technical support for the many software solutions we provide both windows based clients and .Net applications. Maintain up-to-date and accurate status and documentation for escalated support tickets.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft SQL Server experience building stored procedures and troubleshooting
  • Crystal Reports experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems including server
  • .Net Programming Experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Highly motivated and a self-starter
  • Dental Laboratory experiences a plus
